Club and team administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer required.Club and player informationClubs are responsible for having authority to add team, player and minor information and for keeping it accurate. Linked players can manage the information that belongs to their personal ClubRelay profile.Acceptable useDo not use ClubRelay to break the law; threaten, harass or impersonate another person; upload unlawful or abusive content; interfere with the service; or access information you are not authorised to see. Content may be reported, removed or restricted and accounts may be suspended where necessary to protect users or the service.Live scores and statisticsScores, events and performance statistics are recorded by club users. They may be corrected and should not be treated as official competition records unless confirmed by the relevant governing body.ClubRelay PROClubRelay PRO is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple's rules.AvailabilityWe work to keep ClubRelay available and to support offline match recording, but uninterrupted service or immediate synchronisation cannot be guaranteed. Keep devices charged and allow pending offline records to sync when a connection returns.OwnershipClubRelay and its software, branding and original content are protected by intellectual property law. Clubs and users retain ownership of content they submit while granting ClubRelay permission to host, process and display it as needed to provide the service.TerminationYou may stop using ClubRelay and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, security risks or legal requirements.LiabilityTo the extent permitted by law, ClubRelay is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
